Design (Assistant) Manager (40K-100K) (SDG-8248) <Job Responsibilities> Develop initial ideas and acquire key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in details with clients and arrange project schedule Understand clients' needs and the needs of the people using the building, develop design concepts after consultation with clients and establish the final plan Consider materials and costs according to budget and project fees negotiation Conduct feasibility studies for projects/Project Management Maintain the standard of Quality/Cost/Delivery Research and gather information and photographs related to the project Produce 'sample' or 'mood' boards for presentation to clients Other tasks as assigned Workplace Area: Airport Rail Link Hua Mak, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 About the Benefits Salary: 40,000–100,000THB About the company Products: Interior Design for office, factory and shop, office furniture, interlink Business Type: Building Materials / Interior
