Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
Tender & Pre-Construction Management:
- Analyze and evaluate tender documents to identify technical requirements and risk factors.
- Lead the finalization of project cost estimates, including materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Coordinate with design, drafting, and estimation teams to optimize methods and ensure cost efficiency.
- Liaise with the procurement department to negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Consolidate all tender documents for final management review and approval.
Project Execution & Oversight:
- Oversee the entire construction project, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling, to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to drive project success.
- Provide technical clarifications and information to the project team upon contract award.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and other external parties.
- Attend pre-tender meetings and other critical project discussions.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across all internal and external teams.
- Other assigned task by management. 


Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering (Civil, MEP, or a related field).
- At least 5 years of working experience in project management within the construction industry.
- At least 3 years expirience in management level with subordinates. 
- Direct experience managing Data Center construction projects. 
- Conversational high in English (Communication with the Japanese report line, Meeting with headquarters, e-mail and documents)
- Willing to relocate and work at construction sites as required.
- Own car with a driving license 
- Experience in tender preparation, subcontractor negotiation, and cost analysis.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and estimation procedures.

<Indetaiils>
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure to meet tender deadlines.
- A proactive team player with good coordination and problem-solving skills.

<Preferable> 
- Experience in a working environment in a Japanese company
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and/or estimation software is an advantage.
