Work outline: Responsible for control new sugar factory building.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for control new sugar factory building.
Prepare scope of works for subcontracts agreement, technical review &subcontractors management
prepare method statement and all related safety maters
Overall project management
Schedule & budget control and change order, site supervision
Final reports and general coordination with clients & related parties
Communicating and liaising effectively with colleagues and architects, subcontractors, contracting civil engineers, consultants, co-workers and clients
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality , male only, age above 35 years
Bachelor or master degree in Industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineer or other relate field.
Having experience in project value more than 800-1,000 million baht as a Project Manager
Able to work at Udonthani
Able to work as contract (2-3 years)
Good command in English (Advanced conversational level)
Preferable Skill / Experience
having experience in sugar factory building
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Udonthani
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17.00 (Monday to Friday) May have some Saturday (9:00-12:00) depends on company rule
About the Benefit
Salary: 90,000 –150,000 THB negotiable
