<Job Responsibilities > ・Lead and coordinate implementation projects for production equipment, production systems, and SCADA systems awarded by the sales team ・Manage project schedules, internal engineers, and external suppliers to ensure successful project execution ・Support sales activities in order to secure project orders ・As an Assistant Manager, monitor overall team performance and project status, and report regularly to senior management ・- Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 year working Experience in leading and coordinating projects for the implementation of production systems and SCADA systems in manufacturing factories - Conversational middle to high level of English (For communication with Japanese managers) - Ability to work with suppliers such as control panel manufacturers, machine builders, and electrical contractors to build systems and production facilities - Proactive and motivated, with a willingness to take on new challenges - Able to report clearly and appropriately to supervisors - Have own car <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Managerial experience - Working experience in a Japanese company - Bachelor of business administration, international business, electrical engineering or related fields. - Basic knowledge of semiconductors. - Basic knowledge of Japanese business practice.
