Work outline: Plan and control site management
Duties & Responsibilities:
Planning and construction site management
Negotiate with customers, subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor and control all projects and solve issues if any.
Report summary and concerns about all the projects to the managements in timely manner

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male only, age 38-50 years
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
At least 10 years’ experience as Senior Engineer or 3 years as Project Manager
Strong in site management
Good MS Office & AutoCAD
Hold Civil Engineer License
Working experience in Constriction company

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: On site (New project)
Working Hour: 8.00-17.00 (Mon-Fri)
