Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Planning and construction site management
Ø Negotiate with customers, subcontractors and suppliers
Ø Monitor and control all projects and solve issues if any.
Ø Report summary and concerns about all the projects to the managements in timely manner
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male only, age 35-50 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Ø At least 10 years’ experience as Senior Engineer or 3 years as Project Manager
Ø Strong in site management
Ø Good MS Office & AutoCAD
Ø Hold Civil Engineer License
Ø Working experience in Constriction company
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Upon the interview: On site
Working Hour: 8.00-17.00 (Mon – Fri)
