Work outline: Responsible for School Area Management
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Sales forecast and analysis, analyze problems and obstacles that effects monthly sales and including arranging corrective and preventive plan.
Ø Manage everything in the school to hit sales target and gain revenue
Ø Complete school operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Ø Train staff to control and improve work quality
Ø Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining
Ø additional needed sales promotion; event
Ø Respond to customer complaints and comments
Ø Source new area to operate new school
Ø Report to Japanese CEO
Ø Other task as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 33-44 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø At least 3 years of working experiences as Shop Manager or Area Manager in retail shop
Ø Management skill and analytical skill
Ø Good command in English(Advanced Conversational level)
Ø Be able to check KPI
Languages skills

Working Hour 9:oo – 18:00 or 9:30 – 18:30 (Flexible time) Mon-Fri
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000 – 60,000 THB negotiable
