Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Project Support: Assist in end-to-end project lifecycle management, including scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. - Documentation: Maintain project artifacts (charters, plans, status reports) using tools like Jira, Confluence, or MS Project. - Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate communication between teams, track action items, and organize meetings (e.g., sprint planning, stakeholder reviews). - Compliance Alignment: Ensure projects adhere to regulatory requirements (e.g., MiFID II, ASIC, GDPR) and internal policies. - Reporting: Generate PMO dashboards and progress updates for senior management, highlighting risks and KPIs. - Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and contribute to refining PMO methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). - Any other tasks assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field. - Conversational high in Chinese (spoken and written in internal) - At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a regional or multi-site business environment. - Understanding of CFDs, leverage products (Contracts for Difference), and financial regulations. - Conversational high in English (spoken and written with internal and other branches) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Holding HSK5 certificate - Familiarity with CFD platforms (MT4/5) is advantageous (trading platforms) - Able to use Jira(ERP), Asana program - Knowledge of regional business dynamics and market trends. - Certifications: CAPM, PMP, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
