เจ้าหน้าที่บริหารโครงการ
<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage this project together with Japanese Project Manager by following his plan
- Visit each branch to realize situation, analyse and coordinate to achieve project goal
- Monitor progress and schedule Management
- Responsible branches: Northern, North East, Southern, Central and bigest branch in Nongkhae; Saraburi.
- Internal coordination: General Affair, Legal , Each branch's Engineer & local officer and consultant etc.
- External agent: Contractor and Landlord of each branch, Real Estate office and other State agency which related to law procedure.
- Making report and presentation, follow and manage project to meet timeline etc.
This project was plan to complete by 2024
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 28- 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong as Coordinator or Project Management in Automotive, Automotive Parts, Electronic Parts, Construction Industry
- Internal (several division) & External coordinating experience
- Good English (report with Japanese report line, report progress)
- *Conversational High to Business
- MS Excel (Pivot table) & Powerpoint
- Multitasking, Quick response, good summarizing & presentation
- Driving license. (Company’s car are provided)
- Flexible, can visit many service centre all over in Thailand
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Holding own car
- Direct Experience of Construction Automotive
- Experiences in Japanese company

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- จัดการโครงการนี้ร่วมกับผู้จัดการโครงการชาวญี่ปุ่นโดยทำตามแผนของเขา
- เยี่ยมชมแต่ละสาขาเพื่อรับทราบสถานการณ์ วิเคราะห์ และประสานงานเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของโครงการ
- ติดตามความคืบหน้าและการจัดการกำหนดการ
- สาขาที่รับผิดชอบ: สาขาภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคใต้ ภาคกลาง และสาขาใหญ่ที่สุดในหนองแค สระบุรี.
- การประสานงานภายใน: งานทั่วไป กฎหมาย วิศวกรแต่ละสาขา เจ้าหน้าที่ท้องถิ่น และที่ปรึกษา เป็นต้น
- ตัวแทนภายนอก: ผู้รับเหมาและเจ้าของบ้านแต่ละสาขา สำนักงานอสังหาริมทรัพย์ และหน่วยงานอื่นของรัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการทางกฎหมาย
- จัดทำรายงานและนำเสนอ ติดตามและจัดการโครงการให้ตรงตามไทม์ไลน์ ฯลฯ
โครงการนี้มีแผนจะแล้วเสร็จภายในปี 2567

- ปริญญาตรี
- แข็งแกร่งในฐานะผู้ประสานงานหรือบริหารโครงการในยานยนต์ ชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ ชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ อุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้าง
- ภายใน (หลายแผนก) และประสบการณ์การประสานงานภายนอก
- ภาษาอังกฤษดี (รายงานพร้อมสายรายงานภาษาญี่ปุ่น รายงานความคืบหน้า)
- *สนทนาสูงสู่ธุรกิจ
- MS Excel (ตาราง Pivot) และ Powerpoint
- ทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกัน ตอบสนองอย่างรวดเร็ว สรุปและนำเสนอได้ดี
- ใบขับขี่. (มีรถบริษัทให้)
