Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Build a project management system, work process, and clear rules in the company - Create methods to manage project plans, schedules, tasks, work processes, costs, and quality - Create templates, checklists, reports, and meeting rules for project management - Check and show the progress, problems, risks, costs, and quality of each project - Manage and guide project managers - Check the progress of each project and support project managers when they have problems - Teach project managers how to manage schedules, costs, tasks, and problems correctly - Introduce the project management system to Thai engineers and other staff - Make sure Thai engineers and staff understand and use the new system in their daily work - Train and support Thai engineers in project management - Work closely with project managers, engineers, sales staff, and other departments - Lead regular meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items - Find the reasons for project delays, high costs, and quality problems - Suggest ways to solve problems and improve project work - Communicate directly with clients about their needs, schedules, progress, and problems - Manage assigned projects from the beginning to the end - Use Japanese and English to report and communicate with Japanese staff, clients, and Thai staff - Assigned other tasks <Remark> - Going to Japan 1-2 times for training per year
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Experience in introducing and establishing a project management system within an organization, regardless of industry - Conversational high level of Japanese skills (JLPT N3 or above) - Conversational high level of English skills <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Having knowledge or experience in the IT industry - Business-level Japanese skills (JLPT N3 or above)
