Project Management (Engineer / Assistant Manager / Manager) (34K–50K) (SDG-102940) วิศวกร/ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ/ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบริหารโครงการ <Job responsibilities> • Check design and construction progress with our local partner (real estate developer) • Check design drawings as part of quality control. E.g., no risk of water leakage, enough sound insulation, etc. • Supervise construction site and check the building quality • Propose better designs in order to improve building quality. • Assess and analyze construction costs submitted by contractor • Interpret (Thai to Eng) conversations during meetings and take minutes of meetings • Translate documents (Thai to Eng) • Other tasks as assigned ** There will be more non-routine tasks and the candidate is expected to be flexible and self-driven for the smooth operation of the project <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> • ตรวจสอบความคืบหน้าการออกแบบและการก่อสร้างกับพันธมิตรในพื้นที่ (ผู้พัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์) • ตรวจสอบแบบการออกแบบซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการควบคุมคุณภาพ เช่น ไม่มีความเสี่ยงจากน้ำรั่ว, ฉนวนกันเสียงที่เพียงพอ เป็นต้น • ดูแลสถานที่ก่อสร้างและตรวจสอบคุณภาพอาคาร • เสนอการออกแบบที่ดีขึ้นเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพอาคาร • ประเมินและวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนการก่อสร้างที่ผู้รับเหมาส่งมา • ล่ามการสนทนา (ไทยเป็นอังกฤษ) ระหว่างการประชุมและจดรายงานการประชุม • แปลเอกสาร (ไทยเป็นอังกฤษ) • งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ** จะมีงานที่ไม่ประจำมากขึ้น และผู้สมัครคาดว่าจะมีความยืดหยุ่นและขับเคลื่อนตนเองเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานของโครงการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
Job Requirement
