Job Description
Project Leader (60K-75K) (JO-180523-162996)
Duties & Responsibilities:
 Ensure project is developed in time
 Monitor progress/issue and manage risks to and recovery of any schedule slippages
 Manage team, solve problem both business and technical
 Cooperate with customer, Project manager and team
 Lead the design, planning and execution validation activities
 Organize any necessary meetings to progress team work (weekly, daily, or ad-hoc as appropriate)

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, Male/female, age 30-40 years
 Bachelor Degree
 Experience of managing collaborative development projects with fixed deadlines
 Java, Spring Boot framework (web application)
 Knowledge in Agile development will be more advantage
 Banking/Finance project experience
 Track record of presenting to stakeholders, ability to understand their requirements and find pragmatic ways to meet their needs
 Strong communications skills – verbal, written and presentation
 An ability to work well with people from diverse background
 Strong logic thinking
Preferable:
 Agile development
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
