Work outline: Support the organization, development, internal approval and implementation of project financing & accounting. Demonstrate track record of closing successful project financing & accounting transactions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Support or lead the internal approvals process.
Ø help to improve team performance and setting KPI
Ø Implementation and the hand-over of accounting projects, ensuring compliance with required guidelines, policies and procedures as well as agreed covenants and reporting requirements up to financing & accounting effectiveness.
Ø Be a consultant and coaching team member for better performance.
Ø Supporting team to reduce workload and create how to work efficiency for all accounting staff member
Ø Other task assigned by Superior
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 45-50 years old
Ø Bachelor degree or above in finance and accounting.
Ø At least 10 years' relevant experience preferably in project finance and accounting.
Ø Proven project management experience.
Ø Good knowledge in financial and accounting modelling and analysis skills.
Ø Self-starter and an effective team player.
Ø Good written and oral communication in English.
Ø Knowledge in insurance business is preferable but not a must
Ø Strong interpersonal skills.
Ø Positive thinking with good attitude
