Work Outline: Responsible for supervising the site of interior work in a hospital
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Report and escalate to management as needed
Other task as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 22-40 years old
Bachelor’s degree in architecture related field
Available to take the construction training in Taiwan or Japan for a few months
Ability to work in Samut Prakarn
New graduate is welcome
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in medical or construction industry
Languages skills
English: None
Japanese: Conversational level
Workplace Area: Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000 – 50,000 THB negotiable
