Duties & Responsibility:
• Manage, implement, and support projects related to AD Server, VM server, Backup solution, cloud service
• Design and implement solution Server, Firewall, LAN, PC
• Create documents related to project progress, manual and completion report
• Report project progress, issues and solutions to management
Qualification:
• Male or Female, Thai Nationality, age between 23-30 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering , Computer Science, or related fields
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Windows or Linux system management
• Have knowledge of Windows/Linux Server, DNS, DHCP, Mail, Proxy, SQL, Backup, and VM
• Have knowledge of LAN including Wireless Network, Internet, Firewall, VPN, VLAN
• Good command of English
• Able to run and troubleshoot server related issues
• Able to work under pressure with a team work spirit
• Eager to learn new technology in order to handle different types of projects
• Must be able to maintain constant communication and interact successfully with team and customer alike to understand project requirements.
• Must work well in a team environment and be able to work with a diverse group of people.
• Possess and exhibit a strong positive attitude toward customer service and be diplomatic in resolving issues.
• Must be willing to work long hours
• Capable of multi-tasking and can handle or support 2 or 3 small projects at the same time.
