Project Engineer
(30K – 40K) (SDG-58243)
วิศวกรโครงการ
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Project Planning
- Identify the estimated cost and specify the final requirements (labor and materials) for a project.
- Develop and implement a schedule that allows the team to execute all the tasks within a specified timeline.
• Material Purchase
- Research about the various materials and vendors in the market.
- Negotiates with the vendors and places orders as per the project requirement and provides details of purchase to the finance department.
• Quality Testing and Control
- In charge of testing raw materials, follows a certain set of tests to identify the strength and durability of the materials to be used in production of fabricated products.
• Supervision and Mentoring
- The fabrication engineer is required to supervise the activities of the production staff and provide technical support and advice if they face a setback.
- Keep a track of project report and investigate into matters that may cause a delay in the project.
• Assist in Installation
- Once the goods are produced, the fabrication engineer assists in the installation process.
- Resolves any issues faced during the installation
- Reports the unresolved issues to the authorities and assists in the investigation to identify possible solutions.
• Other job will assigned by report line.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-33 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineer , mechanical engineer or related field.
• At least 3 years experience working as fabrication project engineer from oil & gas or energy plant construction service company.
• Have knowledge and experience about Boiler and Pressure Vessel installation is a must.
• Advance conversational middle level in English.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 , 14001 ,45001 system.
• Proficient in Microsoft office programs.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• การวางแผนโครงการ
- ระบุต้นทุนโดยประมาณและระบุข้อกำหนดขั้นสุดท้าย (แรงงานและวัสดุ) สำหรับโครงการ
- พัฒนาและใช้ตารางเวลาที่ช่วยให้ทีมสามารถดำเนินงานทั้งหมดภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
•การซื้อวัสดุ
- ค้นคว้าเกี่ยวกับวัสดุต่างๆและผู้ขายในตลาด
- เจรจากับผู้ขายและสั่งซื้อสินค้าตามความต้องการของโครงการและแจ้งรายละเอียดการซื้อให้กับฝ่ายการเงิน
•การทดสอบและควบคุมคุณภาพ
- รับผิดชอบในการทดสอบวัตถุดิบให้ปฏิบัติตามชุดการทดสอบบางชุดเพื่อระบุความแข็งแรงและความทนทานของวัสดุที่จะใช้ในการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ประดิษฐ์
•การกำกับดูแลและการให้คำปรึกษา
- วิศวกรการผลิตจำเป็นต้องดูแลกิจกรรมของพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตและให้การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคและคำแนะนำหากพวกเขาเผชิญกับความพ่ายแพ้
- ติดตามรายงานโครงการและตรวจสอบเรื่องที่อาจทำให้โครงการล่าช้า
•ช่วยในการติดตั้ง
- เมื่อผลิตสินค้าแล้ววิศวกรการผลิตจะช่วยในขั้นตอนการติดตั้ง
- แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการติดตั้ง
- รายงานปัญหาที่ยังไม่ได้รับการแก้ไขต่อเจ้าหน้าที่และช่วยในการสืบสวนเพื่อระบุแนวทางแก้ไขที่เป็นไปได้
•งานอื่น ๆ จะได้รับมอบหมายตามสายรายงาน
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 28-33 ปี
•ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
•วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรโยธาวิศวกรเครื่องกลหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการทำงานในตำแหน่งวิศวกรโครงการประดิษฐ์จาก บริษัท ที่ให้บริการก่อสร้างโรงงานน้ำมันและก๊าซหรือพลังงาน
•มีความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการติดตั้ง Boiler และ Pressure Vessel
•สนทนาระดับกลางขั้นสูงเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
•มีความรู้ในระบบ ISO 9001: 2015, 14001, 45001
•มีความเชี่ยวชาญในโปรแกรม Microsoft office
