Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Conduct on-site surveys and create project designs from the ground up - Assist senior site supervisors in overseeing construction activities - Ensure that construction work is carried out according to design specifications - Manage procurement and oversee project resources - Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring proper communication and project alignment - Oversee quality control to confirm construction follows approved designs - Business trips of 2–6 months may be required; in the past year, engineers have been assigned to multiple project sites across various locations - Other tasks assigned

<<Necessary Skill / Experience > **The person who will be able to join the F2F interview from 23rd March onwards ・Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering *Fresh graduates are welcome ・Having a driving license (Need to drive the company cars when visiting on site) ・Conversational middle of English to communicate with Japanese GM ・Able to accommodate frequent business trips <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Background in Electrical Power Engineering is highly welcomed
