Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Take ultimate responsibility for the overall management of the project, including quality, schedule, and cost control. - Lead and coordinate with heads of each department (construction management, safety, design, estimating, procurement, etc.). - Conduct contract negotiations and provide progress reports to the client/owner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including subcontractors, design firms, and consultants. - Develop, manage, and monitor budget plans and profit targets. - Make final decisions on major on-site issues and risk management matters. - Chair internal and external meetings and drive key decision-making processes. - Oversee talent development and performance evaluation of staff members.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering - At least 10 years of experience in project Manager in construction industry - Experience in factory or plant construction projects, factory hospital, or shopping mall - Proven track record in overseeing construction projects worth 300 million THB or more (or equivalent large-scale projects) - Civil Engineer license: Associate level (COE certification) - Conversational middle level in English *To read drawing in English and report to Japanese management - Driving license <Preferably Skill / Experience > - Proven English test certificate - Professional Engineer license (COE certification) - knowledge of ISO / FM Global / UL (Underwriters Laboratories)/ / LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) / WELL Building Standard
