Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 42-48 years • Any gender • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field. (GPA 2.50 score is a must) • At least 5 years of working experience in project management in the real estate industry. • At least 5 year in management experience • Ability to analyze marketing and financial both numerically and qualitatively • Conversation low - middle level of English • Ability to use Microsoft Office program • Proactive, Strong leadership Hands-on working style with high competencies in analytical, and conceptual thinking Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Chachoengsao Working Hour: 8:00-18:00(Mon-Thu: 08:00-18:00 hrs., Fri : 08:00-17:00 hrs.)
