Project Coordinator (Architect) (25K-45K) (SDG-39670)
<Job Responsibilities>
Coordinate with the landlord, clients, suppliers, contractors, designers, EIA consultant and other external/internal parties to integrate requirements
Assist in research and analysis on business opportunity for new project, land/site analysis, laws and regulations, and other requirements
Provide administrative support to the team such as preparing documents for meeting, presentation materials, minutes of meeting, and design development
Assist in site visit for a defect checkup and report back to the supervisor for any issues that arise
Monitoring and tracking project progress to control timeline and anticipate possible delays, as well as ensure the project is delivered on-time in good quality and stays within budget
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 25-32 years old
Bachelor’s degrees in Architecture, Interior Design, or Real Estate Development
At least 2 years of experience in project development/construction from project concept to completion
Experience in AutoCAD, construction drawings, and SketchUp
English: Conversational high or above
