Work outline: Support Engineering team for preparing documentation for applying production permit and other related permit, liaise with government organization
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Support Engineering Team for the documentation.
Ø Prepare and process permit and license applications e.g. Building Modification License (Aor 1), Building Modification Certification (Aor 6), Controlled Energy Production Permit (PorKor2) including supporting document.
Ø Assist in the coordination of permits working as part of a team to resolve any conflicts, refusals or directions or variation requests which must be acted on immediately by updating the permit as required
Ø Maintain precise and accurate and up to date records in line with permit procedures and relevant regulations and laws.
Ø Assist in managing the fees, fines, charges and ensure they are managed in line with the Permit Procedures
Ø Lasing with government authorities to ensure the applications and supporting documents are accepted and obtained within the reasonable timeframe.
Ø Coordinate with government officers to follow up the applications progress;
Ø Maintain the relationship with government authorities.
Ø Arrange booking for accommodation and transportation
Ø Other assigned task by superior
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/female, age 23-30 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Ø At least 1 years’ experience in applying production permit or related field
Ø Be able to travel to assigned
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Silom
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday)
