Work outline: Responsible for all documentation’s related to project and general administration tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Project Implementation works including preparation of applications & letters, e-mail in English and Thai
Ø Administration work including control of office car, driver, documents filling & submission
Ø Accounting transaction works including preparation of Journal and applications
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male or Female, age 25-35 years
Ø Bachelor degree in any fields
Ø At least 3 years’ experience in Administration and accounting
Ø Good command in English (Writing and speaking) She will work directly with JP Boss
Ø Willing to travel to Bangpakong site daily (transportation provided)
Ø Ability to work to meet deadline
Preferable:
Ø Preferable for the candidate who has worked in Project site before
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit AND Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
