Program Officer (JP) (Contract until March 2026) (40K–70K) (SDG-118294) <Job responsibilities> *The proportion of tasks varies depending on the time of year. 1) General administrative tasks related to Japanese language education projects, such as: - Organizing and implementing Training programs and seminars - Administrative Support for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) - Conducting surveys on Japanese Language education institutions in Thailand - Administrative work related to grant programs 2)Other duties necessary for the smooth operation of Japanese language education projects, such as: - Coordination and communication with relevant organizations in Thailand - Interpretation and translation (Thai–Japanese) for meetings and documents - Support and Coordination for projects organized by the company. Any other tasks assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 49 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in any related field - At least 8 years' experience in multitasking-oriented administrative roles, including general affairs, sales support, and other related positions. - Business level of Japanese to use documents and meeting for Interpretation (JLPT N2 up is a must) - Business level of English to use business mail (especially Writing and Reading) - Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, power point - Able to go business trip to other provinces once or twice a month - Able to work on Saturday or Sunday if needed <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Having Experience working in a Japanese company - Interest in international cultural exchange programs Language Skill English level : Business Level Japanese level : Business Level Workplace Area: BTS Asok Working Hour: 9:00-16:30(Monday-Friday *Sunday working, it is once half year ) About the Benefits 40,000–70,000THB About the company Product & Service: coordinating various programs supporting Japanese language education Business Type: Education / Training / School;
