Work Outline: Manage national and international conference to reach clients’ highest expectation under provided budget and company’s policies


Duties & Responsibility:


Responsible for international/local conference management in both private and governmental sectors

Control and manage each conference to be in accordance with the regulations in the contract agreed with clients

Control and manage both work processes and staff in the department

Develop and improve working system to be up-to-date

Verify reports and expenses of the department, analyze and control overall operation, evaluate result to be in accordance with the budget and business plan

Create connections with both local and international customers

Provide considerations, decisions, suggestions, and approval signature in the documents as authorized by the company

Plan strategies and set direction of conference business

Conduct and analyze budget of the department

Communicate and attend the meeting to give advice, review, suggest standards or points of concern


Qualifications:

[Must]

-Bachelor’s degree in any related field

-Age above 40 years old

-At least 10 years of experience in conference organizing and/or project management

-Able to work under pressure

-Able to work overtime and on site

-High management, leadership and communication skills

-Good command of English, both written and verbal

-Good computer literacy

Working Hour:8:30-18:00 (Mon-Fri) *Flexible: can manage own schedules to serve international clients
