Work outline:  Manage national and international conference to reach client’s highest expectation under provided budget and company’s policies

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  Responsible for international/local conference management in both private and governmental sectors

Ø  Monitor project budget to ensure revenue and expenses are administered within established boundaries

Ø  Coordinate with concerned individuals to develop and monitor timelines related to all aspects of conference

Ø  Conduct and ensure effective information sharing and communication among team members, volunteers and contractors

Ø  Develop and monitor timelines, conference theme and related activities to support the conference

Ø  Generate conference promotional schedule and work with communication staffs on conference promotion

 

Qualifications:

[Must]

Ø  Thai nationality, Male/female, age 30-40 years old

Ø  Bachelor degree 

Ø  At least 5 years of experience in conference organizing , exhibition , convention

Ø  Able to work under pressure and overtime

Ø  Good interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and result oriented

Ø  Good command of English, both written and verbal

Ø  Good computer literacy

Ø  Able to go Business Trip (in Thailand and overseas)

 

Preferable:

Ø  Third language is an advantage

Ø  Have experience in Bidding events/projects before

 

Language skills:

English: Business level

Japanese: None

 

 

Workplace Area:  MRT Queen Sirikit Na-tional Convention Center

Working Hour: 8:30-18:00 (Mon-Fri) *Flexible: can manage own schedules to serve international clients
