Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To take over products after NPI and support engineering activities during mass production - To maintain BOM accuracy and support ECN implementation - To monitor product performance and process stability during mass production - To support production issues related to plastic injection molding and product quality - To analyze recurring production or quality issues and propose preventive actions - To coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams and customers - To support continuous improvement activities such as quality improvement, cost reduction, etc. - To support customer audits and maintain related product documentation - Other tasks as assigned by the report line
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Plastics, Materials, or related field. - At least 1 year of Experience in Products, Production, or QE/QA from Plastic Mold or Injection - Experience in monitoring product performance and process stability, PPAP, and BOM - Conversational Middle Level in English (Communicate with Hong Kong CFO, Customers, reports, emails, and other documents) - Familiarity with quality standards and certification ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc. <In Details> - Strong technical knowledge in injection molding and plastic manufacturing processes - Good communication skills internally and externally (co-workers, customers, suppliers) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Plastic for the Automotive or Electronics Industry - Experience in Mold Flow Analysis Software - Familiarity with CAD, or other Engineering Programs
