Production Technical Engineer (Manager, GM) (70K – 100K) (SDG-110409) วิศวกรฝ่ายเทคนิคการผลิต (ผู้จัดการ, GM) Duties & Responsibilities: • Produce and process metal plate parts • Preparation to start production, equipment installation, factory modification management • Production management • Process management • Management of subordinates • Report to Japanese Manager • Training at Bangkok to learn the process of producing products • Training at Japan HQ (depends on joining period) • Other assigned tasks หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: • ผลิตและแปรรูปชิ้นส่วนแผ่นโลหะ • เตรียมการเพื่อเริ่มการผลิต การติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ การจัดการปรับเปลี่ยนโรงงาน • การจัดการการผลิต • การจัดการกระบวนการ • ดูแลผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา • รายงานต่อผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น • ฝึกงานที่กรุงเทพฯ เพื่อเรียนรู้ขั้นตอนการผลิตสินค้า • ฝึกงานที่สำนักงานใหญ่ในญี่ปุ่น (ขึ้นอยู่กับระยะเวลาการเริ่มงาน) • งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 35-50 years • Any gender • Bachelor’s Degree • At least 5 years’ experience as a production process engineer in sheet metal processing industries • At least 3 years management experience • Conversational level of English • Have knowledge or experience of use NC laser processing machine is preferable. • Mind of create standard at start-up stage and grow up with company is preferable. • Conversational level of Japanese (Communication with JP Manager) is preferable.
