Production Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create a plan, control, and standardize of production.
• Control production line run smoothly.
• Coordinate monthly production workflow for every products.
• Solve the problem that happen in production line.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field
• Have working experience at least 3 years about production control in any manufacturing industry
• Have management experience at least 2 years that have subordinate
• Must have working experience about Metal sheet welding process or Metal sheet cutting process
• Conversational low level of English
• Have knowledge about ISO 9001

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(<Saturday Working: Average 2 times per month>)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• สร้างแผน ควบคุม และสร้างมาตรฐานการผลิต
• ควบคุมสายการผลิตให้ทำงานได้อย่างราบรื่น
• ประสานงานขั้นตอนการผลิตรายเดือนสำหรับทุกผลิตภัณฑ์
• แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในสายการผลิต
• วางแผนและจัดลำดับความสำคัญของการดำเนินงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดและความล่าช้าขั้นต่ำ
• กำหนดกำลังคน อุปกรณ์ และวัตถุดิบที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้ครอบคลุมความต้องการในการผลิต
• มอบหมายคนงานและพนักงานคนอื่น ๆ ให้กับการดำเนินการผลิตเฉพาะ
• ตรวจสอบงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าจะเสร็จทันเวลาและภายในงบประมาณ
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 25-35 ปี
• ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีเกี่ยวกับการควบคุมการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใดๆ
• มีประสบการณ์การจัดการอย่างน้อย 2 ปี ที่มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
• ต้องมีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการเชื่อมโลหะแผ่นหรือกระบวนการตัดแผ่นโลหะ
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ISO 9001
