<Job Responsibilities> - Be responsible for Production Control in production line, Schedule and Quality control in production line - Planning and organizing production schedule by following company’s strategy and client’s request - Analyze and manage production control activities to improve all process by using FMEA - Train other staffs and manage quality of their task - Manage working conditions of staffs in their team - Coordinate with QC/QA dept. and PC dept. to ensure product quality, efficiency, and delivery date. - Other task as Manager assign <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 25-35 years old - College Diploma in engineering field - At least 1 year working experience in production assembly line of Automotive or Automotive parts manufacturing - Having management experience toward operators (Labor management, technical training etc.) - Having experience of implementing product efficiency, FMEA in production line - Basic level of English - Be able to commute to work <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Good command of Chinese or Japanese Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate, Chonburi Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Sat (Every other Saturday)) About the Benefits Salary: 20,000–30,000THB About the company Products: Manufacturing of Automotive Parts ( DC Actuator, Door Open request switch ) Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน> - รับผิดชอบการควบคุมการผลิตในสายการผลิตกำหนดการและการควบคุมคุณภาพในสายการผลิต - การวางแผนและจัดตารางการผลิตโดยทำตามกลยุทธ์ของ บริษัท และคำขอของลูกค้า - วิเคราะห์และจัดการกิจกรรมการควบคุมการผลิตเพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการทั้งหมดโดยใช้ FMEA - ฝึกอบรมพนักงานคนอื่นและจัดการคุณภาพงานของพวกเขา - จัดการสภาพการทำงานของพนักงานในทีมของพวกเขา - ประสานงานกับฝ่าย QC / QA และแผนก PC เพื่อรับรองคุณภาพประสิทธิภาพและวันที่ส่งมอบ - งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทยชาย / หญิงอายุ 25-35 ปี - อนุปริญญาวิทยาลัยสาขาวิศวกรรม - มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีในสายการผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์หรือชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ - มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการต่อผู้ปฏิบัติงาน (การจัดการแรงงานการฝึกอบรมด้านเทคนิคและอื่น ๆ ) - มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ FMEA ในสายการผลิต - ระดับภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐาน - สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานได้ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ดีกว่า> - สามารถใช้ภาษาจีนหรือญี่ปุ่นได้ดี ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี พื้นที่ทำงาน: นิคมอุตสาหกรรมปิ่นทองจังหวัดชลบุรี เวลาทำงาน: 8: 00-17: 00 น.
