Production Supervisor or Manager (Assemble) @ Ayutthaya (35K–60K) (SDG-60664) หัวหน้างานหรือผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต (ประกอบ) <Job Responsibilities> Mission :For new project, responsible for start-up of assembly line of compressor - Make a plan of assembly line set-up and manage schedule - According to installation plan of new equipment/machine, consider the best assembly line and design for all facilities, jig in production line - Preparation for mass production, Kaizen-ing, support mass production - Install and set-up equipment/machine - Make a maintenance plan and implement as schedule - Plan and modify the machine to improve productivity - Cost reduction activities - Management of subordinates - Other tasks as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male 35 - 45 years old - Bachelor’s Degree - At least 5 years of experience as production engineer in Assembly line(can design assembly line and install) - Management experience - Working experience in automotive industry - Good command of English skill (for internal communication) - Excel skill <Preferable Skill / Experience> - PLC programming skill - Good skill in CAD, CNC machine, welding, etc - Knowledge for Electrical Diagram Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Uthai ,Ayutthaya Working Hour: 7:30-17:10(Mon-Fri, Sat : depends on company calendar) About the Benefits Salary: 35,000–60,000THB About the company Products: Manufacturing and Sales of automotive air-conditioning systems.
