Job Description
• Supervise the production in accordance with the production plan. • Supervise daily Operator to achieve the output and quality of product. • Check ready of employees, equipment, machines, and workplaces related to the production process. • Daily report the progress of works, and abnormality including trouble shootings to maintain smooth operation. • Manage the planning and control of operations within the production process in accordance with the production plan. • Organize and manage the production output: quality, yield and cycle time. • Analyse deviations and take corrective actions in order to maintain production. • Manages performance continue development associate by providing training and coaching. • Propose corrective action and process improvements. • Follow the rules work regulations safety regulations and operating procedures as specified • Participate to Management Systems such as ISO9001 / ISO14001 / ISO45001 and PSM. Working Hour: 8:00-20:00 Mon-Fri (Saturday Working: Depend on working schedule, have to work 15-16 days per month as shift, 08.00 AM - 20.00 PM and 20.00 PM - 8.00 AM)
Job Requirement
• Age 30-35 years • Male only • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field • Have working experience at least 5 years about production control in Chemical plant or Petrochemical plant • Have management experience at least 2 years as Production Leader or Supervisor • Able to use DCS program • Have knowledge about ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 • Advanced conversation middle to high level of English • Languages skills English : Conversational Japanese : None
