Work outline: Be responsible for helping communication between Thai and Japanese manager, top management and Thai staff on site
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Interpret direction from Japanese director and Thai GM for both Japanese and Thai manager of production site, then help them to understand direction from top management well
Ø Attend meeting and understand direction of management team regarding 2S, safety, quality control, KAIZEN, and help below activity by interpreting
- Organizing production schedule and line by following company’s strategy
- Control and determine production standards on basis of company strategy
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are met
- Organize production process and line to enhance productivity
- Control and determine production standards on basis of company strategy
Ø Communicate with staff and worker in order to make them understand those directions and implement it on production site with section manager
Ø Check progress of each activities and follow up them on the site
Ø Translate necessary documents Japanese to Thai and vice versa
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male, age 21-30 years old
Ø Bachelor degree
Ø Fresh graduate is welcomed
Ø Advanced conversation level of Japanese
Ø Have strong problem solution skill
Preferable:
Ø Experience in automotive section
Languages skills
English: Daily Conversation level
Japanese: Advanced conversation (N3 up)
Workplace Area: Samrong Plant
Working Hour: 7:30 – 16:30 (Mon –Fri) *Need to work on Saturday sometimes
