<Job Responsibilities>
- Set the best molding conditions of injection machine according to products by try and error
- Apply injection molding principles and molding theories to troubleshoot and process molding operations.
- Ensure product quality complies with standard specifications.
- When a defective product occurs, investigate the cause and improve the process
- Maintenance of injection machine according to maintenance process
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of work area.
- Improve the productivity and efficiency of the process.
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, age 28-42 years old
- Bachelor's Degree
- Working experience in Plastic injection line for more than 5 years
- Conversational level of English (for internal communication)
- Can set molding conditions of injection machine and knowledge of plastic
- Can solve issue about defective products
- Working experience in Japanese company (understand the work style)
- Can think and act logically and do Kaizening
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Management experience
- Conversational level of Japanese

- กำหนดเงื่อนไขการขึ้นรูปที่ดีที่สุดของเครื่องฉีดตามผลิตภัณฑ์โดยการลองผิดลองถูก
- ใช้หลักการฉีดขึ้นรูปและทฤษฎีการขึ้นรูปเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและดำเนินการขึ้นรูป
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ว่าเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดมาตรฐาน
- เมื่อเกิดสินค้าชำรุดให้ตรวจสอบสาเหตุและปรับปรุงกระบวนการ
- บำรุงรักษาเครื่องฉีดตามขั้นตอนการบำรุงรักษา
- ดูแลความปลอดภัยความสะอาดและการจัดระเบียบพื้นที่ทำงาน
- ปรับปรุงประสิทธิผลและประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการ
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายอายุ 28-42 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายฉีดพลาสติกมากกว่า 5 ปี
- ระดับการสนทนาของภาษาอังกฤษ (สำหรับการสื่อสารภายใน)
- สามารถกำหนดเงื่อนไขการขึ้นรูปของเครื่องฉีดและความรู้เกี่ยวกับพลาสติกได้
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับสินค้าที่มีตำหนิ
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานใน บริษัท ญี่ปุ่น (เข้าใจรูปแบบการทำงาน)
- สามารถคิดและดำเนินการอย่างมีเหตุผลและทำ Kaizening
