<Job Responsibilities>
- Solve daily problems on assembly line and make sure production line run smoothly
- Improve production efficiency
- Find the issue and make a improvement plan and implement
- Training to operation to operate assemble line
- Make new Assembly line according to new products
- Make a report related to assembly line
- Coordinate with other division
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 28-42 years old
- Bachelor's Degree
- Working experience in Assembly line related to plastic parts for more than 5 years
- Conversational level of English (for internal communication)
- Working experience in Japanese company (understand the work style)
- Can think and act logically and do Kaizening (Improving production efficiency)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Management experience
- Conversational level of Japanese

Working Hour: 7:50-20:10(Mon-Fri / Sat=>busy season (Apr-Nov), but in 2020 no Sat working)

- แก้ไขปัญหาประจำวันในสายการประกอบและตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าสายการผลิตทำงานได้อย่างราบรื่น
- ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
- ค้นหาปัญหาและจัดทำแผนการปรับปรุงและดำเนินการ
- ฝึกอบรมการใช้งานสายการประกอบ
- สร้างสายการประกอบใหม่ตามผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
- จัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับสายการประกอบ
- ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 28-42 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายงาน Assembly ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับชิ้นส่วนพลาสติกมากกว่า 5 ปี
- ระดับการสนทนาของภาษาอังกฤษ (สำหรับการสื่อสารภายใน)
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานใน บริษัท ญี่ปุ่น (เข้าใจรูปแบบการทำงาน)
- สามารถคิดและดำเนินการอย่างมีเหตุผลและทำ Kaizening (ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต)
