Production Manager (40K-50K) (SDG-78907) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต <Job Responsibilities> - Checking the validity and progress of plans from the production planning department - Manage personnel planning and costs, including overtime and shifts, according to production volume - Search for ways to improve productivity and control costs - Direction and manage staff in order to achieve the above - Quality control in cooperation with QA department - Report to the head office in Japan - Other tasks as assigned <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 33-40 years old - Bachelor's degree - At least 5 years’ experience of production control in manufacturing industry - At least 3 years’ experience of management experience - At least 1 year experience in Japanese company - Person who can find the issue of the factory situation by seeing the environment directly - Person who is proactive and has motivation for keep improving yourself and company - Basic level of English <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Conversational middle level of English Languages skills English: Basic Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Bang pa-in, Ayutthaya Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri (Sat: Depends on the company calendar)) About the Benefits Salary: 40,000–50,000THB About the company Product & Service: Electronic Equipment and Parts Manufacturer Business Type: Machinery / Equipment / Plants; Machine Parts
