Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Supervise and control production processes to ensure operations achieve the established targets. - Manage and oversee production staff and subordinates to ensure work is performed according to standard operating procedures and quality requirements. - Plan, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production processes to maintain smooth and efficient operations. - Develop and implement improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste in the manufacturing process. - Coordinate with related departments such as Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Warehouse, Engineering, Planning, and other relevant teams.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - At least 4 years of experience in an assembly production line environment. - Conversational Middle in English for daily internal conversation and report writing. <Preferable Skill/ Eperience> - Ability to understand and interpret electrical single-line diagrams will be an advantage. - Experience in transformer assembly
