Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 40 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related.) - 3-8 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required. - Able to communicate in English (Monthly meeting with Branch company) - Computer literacy (Excel as Pivot, V-look up), Power BI - Understanding of production processes, machinery, and manufacturing principles. - Ability to identify and solve problems related to production processes and efficiency. - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. - Flexibility and adaptability to changing production demands. - knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. - Able to work 6 days (Monday to Saturday) and night shift. - Team management Experiences <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Assembly process/ Assembly engineer - knowledge of quality control processes and procedures. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong leadership and motivational skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and Manage multiple responsibilities.
