Work outline: Responsible for all production tasks to enhance the smoothness of Production team
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Lead and manage production team for production KPI achievement
Ø Manage line and supervisor team for production run smooth
Ø Create new solution to develop factory production line and production team including of line development as well
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality , Male or Female , age 25-35 years old
Ø Bachelor's degree in Production, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field
Ø Able to shift operation (Day 8.00 – 20.00/ Night 20.00 – 8.00)
Ø Experience in electronic line management 3-5 years in Supervisor level
Ø Good communication in English
Ø Human skill and coaching skill is required
Ø Eagar to learn with curios, Effective communication and Enjoy to work under pressure
Preferable:
Ø Lens production engineer if know D-SLR Lens product/operation/function knowledge is advantage
Ø Audio production engineer if have experience in car manufacturer is advantage
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Advance conversational Level
Workplace Area: Amata nakorn, Chonburi
Working Hour: Mon-Fri : 8.00 – 17.30
