Work outline: In charge of production control
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Plan in detail the daily production from a weekly program.
Ø Organize and manage the production output: quality, yield and cycle time.
Ø Supervise a team: hiring, training, skill development, evaluation and propose progression.
Ø Assure the discipline and follow strictly on HSEQ policies.
Ø Analyze deviations and take corrective actions in order to maintain production.
Ø Manages performance continue development associate by providing training and coaching.
Ø Propose corrective action and process improvements.
Ø Training to operators on the job function.
Ø Participate to Management Systems ISO9001 / ISO14001 / OHSAS 18001
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male only, age 29-35 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related field
Ø Experience minimum 5 years in production as a Chemical Plant or Petrochemical Plant
Ø Able to manage holiday of sub-ordinate
Ø Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ø Good command of written and spoken English
Ø Knowledge in chemical, production, safety and quality is a must
Ø Able to work in Rayong area (Maptaput Industrial Estate)
Ø Willing to go to Japan
Prefer:
Ø Experience in new set up company.
Ø Japanese Language skills N3 or higher is preferable.
Languages skills
English: Conversational to Advanced Conversational
Japanese: Advanced Conversational (N3 – N1) (Preferable)
Workplace Area: Rayong
Working Hour: 08.00 - 17.00 (Mon - Fri)
