Production Supervisor
(35K – 45K) (SDG-63753)
หัวหน้างานผลิต
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage and control overall operation of the production line.
• Maintain standard and improve productivity
• Manage own shift members to keep operation advancing to meet the production target.
• Report to Production Manager about operation situation, result of operation, problems in daily basis
• Solve the problems in operation by cooperating with other members
• Educate and train own shift members (operator) by giving proper introduction and advise
• Secure plant safety, environment and promote 5S activity
• Other task might be assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-40 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years experience as PC/PE engineer in production line of manufacturing company
• At least 2 years experience as production SV in manufacturing industry
• Conversational middle level of English
• Willing to work in day shift and night shift
• Must have own car or motor bike for commuting
• Have working experience of Japanese company is preferable
• Have some experience to use Excavator and Forklift is preferable

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday- Friday OT: 17;00-20;00 *Saturday- every 2 weeks per month/ Night shift : every 2 weeks per month20:00- 05:00 OT:05:00-08:00 )

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• บริหารจัดการและควบคุมการทำงานโดยรวมของสายการผลิต
• รักษามาตรฐานและปรับปรุงผลผลิต
• จัดการสมาชิกกะเองเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานก้าวหน้าเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการผลิต
• รายงานต่อผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิตเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์การดำเนินงาน ผลการดำเนินงาน ปัญหาในชีวิตประจำวัน
• แก้ไขปัญหาในการดำเนินงานโดยร่วมมือกับสมาชิกท่านอื่น
• ให้ความรู้และฝึกอบรมสมาชิกในกะของตนเอง (ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน) โดยให้คำแนะนำและคำแนะนำที่เหมาะสม
• รักษาความปลอดภัยของพืช สิ่งแวดล้อม และส่งเสริมกิจกรรม 5 ส
• งานอื่นอาจได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 35-40 ปี
• ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
• ปริญญาตรี
• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกร PC/PE ในสายการผลิตของบริษัทผู้ผลิต
• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในตำแหน่งหัวหน้าด้านการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• ยินดีทำงานเป็นกะกลางวันและกลางคืน
• ต้องมีรถยนต์หรือรถจักรยานยนต์ส่วนตัวสำหรับการเดินทาง
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่นจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้รถขุดและรถยกจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• พื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน : นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะซิตี้
• เวลาทำงาน: 8:00-17:00 น. (จันทร์-ศุกร์ OT: 17.00-20;00 น. *วันเสาร์- ทุก 2 สัปดาห์ต่อเดือน / กะกลางคืน : ทุก 2 สัปดาห์ต่อเดือน20:00- 05:00 น. OT:05:00-08:00 น. )
