Production Supervisor @Rayong (38K - 48K) (SDG-52433) <Job Responsibilities> To plan, organizes and control production in an organization (Car Multimedia Production) to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and on standards. To implement and control the production schedule. To manage human and material resource to meet the production targets. Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures. Monitor quality standards of products. Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objective. Prepare and maintain production report. Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement. To set and manage production budget. Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant department including Quality, Engineer, supporting division and management. Other tasks will be assigned by Manager <Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 34 - 40 years old Bachelor's degree in Engineer IE, Electrical, Electronic, ME Conversational Middle level in English (Be able to audit and communicate with manager) Supervisor level more than 5 years in Electronic Assembly production in the automotive field. An understanding of Health and Safety. Ability to communicate clearly with staff and all levels. Able to use Computer literary. <Preferable Skill / Experience> None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Siam Eastern Industrial Park, Rayong Working Hour: 8:00-17:05(Mon- Fri.
