Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to achieve production targets. - Ensure compliance with customer’s requirements, safety, quality, and environmental standards. - Serve as an interpreter during management meetings for the production team and translate related documents. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. - Monitor production costs, control waste, and improve resource efficiency. - Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity. - Prepare and analyze production reports and propose solutions for performance gaps. - Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to prevent downtime. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 1 years experience in Production or Production Engineering in Manufacturing fields - Conversational Middle level of English (Mainly documents, coordinate with customers, audit process) - Conversational High level of Japanese, JLPT N3 (Be interpreter in meeting, document, report, communicate with headquater and Japanese management) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Education background in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry - Strong experience in Chemical related production - Being Manager level - Japanese language ability
