Production Senior Supervisor (35K – 45K) (SDG-55480) หัวหน้าฝ่ายผลิตระดับอาวุโส Duties & Responsibilities: • Be responsible for Production Control in production line, Schedule and Quality control in production line • Planning and organizing production schedule by following company’s strategy and client’s request • Solve the problems and maintain standardization of production process • Management and training for subordinate • Coordinate with QA/QC dept. and Production Control dept. to ensure product quality, efficiency, and delivery date. • Other tasks assigned by Manager Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 35-40 years • Bachelor’s Degree • At least 5 years working experience in production line in manufacturing company • At least 3 years management experience more than 100 subordinates(include worker) • Basic level of English • Be able to work under pressure • Be able to build good relationship with team member and other department • Have experience and knowledge of machining and cutting process is preferable • Advanced Conversational Middle level of Japanese is preferable Languages skills • English : Basic • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate 2 Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Saturday working: once in a 2 months) About the Benefit Salary: 35,000–45,000THB • Social Insurance • Provident Fund • Accidental Insurance • Private Insurance About the allowance • Meal Allowance • Housing Allowance • Position Allowance • Annual Diligent Allowance • OT Allowance: • Japanese Language Proficiency • Transportation Allowance • Company Bus About the company • Business Type: Manufacturing • Products: Automotive and machinery parts
