Production Senior Manager @Chonburi (70K-80K) (SDG-29056)
<Job Responsibilities>
Take care all Production Department
Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budget
Lead, coach and develop team members, ensure short and long-term resource planning
Drive knowledge management by keeping up with internal and external developments and ensuring development, transfer and retention of knowledge
Participate in cross-functional teams, issues advice and/or customer and manufacturing support at request or at own initiative
Works with the RD&I technical, marketing and commercial teams to help establish the company’s long-term product development priorities
Develop and maintain relations with internal and external suppliers and experts to stay abreast of new polymer technologies which may translate to product development projects
Prioritize activities in accordance with business needs and optimizes efficiency
Drives best practices for products, processes and ways of working. Supports platform development, deployment and polymer technology ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Lead the team contact for customers and attends customer meetings and develops overview and technology presentation information within the organization
Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
Bachelor's degree or Master degree of Science (Chemistry) or related field
Experience 15 years in production of paint business or chemical color with good formulation knowledge
Have a knowledge in the Chemical Technical background and Managerial Skill is a must
Have a knowledge in ISO/TS 16949: 2002, IATF 16949: 2016, ISO 14001.
Good communication skills & able to work under high pressure
Good command in English (Advanced Conversational - High)
High responsibility and willing to work hard
Knowledge People management
Process strong leadership, good interpersonal skill and problem solving skills
