Production Section Head (Fabrication) (35K–40K) (SDG-104595) หัวหน้าฝ่ายการผลิต (การผลิต) <Job responsibilities> - Responsible for maintaining utility machinery and production equipment in good condition and ready for use and changing various spare parts according to their useful Life according to the PM machinery plan. - Create a control plan and supervise the spare parts system. - Control the team budget - Manage 5S work and participate in 5S activities with subordinates and set goals to accomplish 5S. - Supervise and provide advice to subordinates in the department. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - รับผิดชอบดูแลรักษาเครื่องจักรสาธารณูปโภคและอุปกรณ์การผลิตให้อยู่ในสภาพดีพร้อมใช้งานและเปลี่ยนอะไหล่ต่างๆ ตามอายุการใช้งานตามแผนเครื่องจักร PM - จัดทำแผนควบคุมและกำกับดูแลระบบอะไหล่ - ควบคุมงบประมาณของทีม - บริหารจัดการงาน 5S และเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม 5S กับลูกน้อง และกำหนดเป้าหมายเพื่อให้บรรลุ 5S - กำกับดูแลและให้คำแนะนำแก่ลูกน้องในแผนก
