Work outline: All Management and production functions
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the production section Vibration reducing devices, engine mounts and dynamic dampers (after injection process)
Production planning in section from forecast sale and control manpower, efficiency, NG rate (KAIZEN)
Manage the production schedule and product delivery to customer.
Follow up Production output to ensure meet target delivery on time
Manage and control manpower to efficiency target
Manage and supervise machine available
4M patrol with team manager in production line every day and follow up improvement to report Japanese executives.
Customer trouble report when problem and complain
Meeting with QC for analysis problem NG in-process and improvement process reduce NG to target zero defect.
Conference meeting report KAIZEN NG with company group every week
5S patrol in section and meeting team leader and support to improvement
Policy support from management to achieve the desired objectives
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, male/female, age 30-45 years
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
At least 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing in Automotive fields
Knowledge in Production Line/ Maintenance / QC
Leadership Skill/ Interpersonal Skill/ Negotiation Skill /Service Mind
Good in presentation Skill
Be able to use Microsoft Office (Word,Powerpoint,Excel)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Be able to communicate in Japanese
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level – Business Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level - Prefer
Workplace Area: Prachin Buri
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (work on Saturday 6-7 times/year *depend on company calendar)
