Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Receive and review sales forecasts from the Sales Department. - Analyze machine performance and production capacity. - Verify availability of raw materials. - Check warehouse/storage space for finished goods. - Develop and prepare production plans. - Coordinate and attend meetings with relevant departments. - Present production plans to the Factory Manager for approval. - Distribute approved production plans to relevant departments. - Monitor, review, and adjust production plans as necessary. - Prepare summary reports on production planning performance. - Ensure compliance with quality management systems. - Plan and prepare the annual budget. - Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electric Engineer, Electronic Engineer, or Engineer in any field - At least 3 years of experience at a manager level in production planning in the Plastic, automotive, or Electronics industry - Conversational middle level of English (Report, Email) - Knowledge and understanding of ISO9001 / IATF16949 systems - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with handling various products in a product line <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience with the Plastic injection process - Experience in a manufacturing company with a workforce of 1,000+ employees
