Production Planning (Leader level)
(25K – 30K) (SDG-59982
ฝ่ายวางแผนการผลิต (ระดับหัวหน้างาน)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Planning and management for production line according to client's requirement
• Control production line run smoothly
• Find the issue and make a improvement plan and implement
• Coordinate with production department
• Make a report to GM
• Coordinate with supplier and client (Mainly Purchase and Sales department will coordinate with client so, not so often. )
• Updating quality and qualify instructions/procedures for specific quality and checkpoints
• In put data into EXCEL (In May, they will consider to install SAP)
• Make material forecast through understanding stock and client's forecast
• Manage, planning the production and order material, checking production situation then reconsider plan as needed
• Other tasks might be assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-33 years
• Bachelor's degree in engineering field
• Basic level of English (Able to read and write)
• Be able to use MS soft(especially excel formula)
• Be honest and able to work under pressure.
• Have experience and knowledge of TPS(TOYOTA production system)
• Have at least 3 years experience about production planning
• Have management experience is preferable

Workplace Area: Amata Nakhorn Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:30(Saturday working : Monday to Friday *Basically none (it depends on company situation))

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•วางแผนและจัดการสายการผลิตตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
•ควบคุมสายการผลิตให้ดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
•ค้นหาปัญหาและจัดทำแผนการปรับปรุงและดำเนินการ
•ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต
•ทำรายงานต่อ GM
•ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์และลูกค้า (ฝ่ายจัดซื้อและขายส่วนใหญ่จะประสานงานกับลูกค้าดังนั้นไม่บ่อยนัก)
•การอัปเดตคุณภาพและรับรองคำแนะนำ / ขั้นตอนสำหรับคุณภาพและจุดตรวจที่เฉพาะเจาะจง
•ใส่ข้อมูลลงใน EXCEL (ในเดือนพฤษภาคมพวกเขาจะพิจารณาติดตั้ง SAP)
•ทำการคาดการณ์วัสดุผ่านการทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับสต็อกและการคาดการณ์ของลูกค้า
•จัดการวางแผนการผลิตและสั่งซื้อวัสดุตรวจสอบสถานการณ์การผลิตจากนั้นพิจารณาแผนใหม่ตามความจำเป็น
•อาจมีการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 25-33 ปี
•สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐาน (สามารถอ่านและเขียนได้)
•สามารถใช้ MS soft ได้ (โดยเฉพาะสูตร excel)
•ซื่อสัตย์และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
•มีประสบการณ์และความรู้เกี่ยวกับ TPS (ระบบการผลิต TOYOTA)
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีเกี่ยวกับการวางแผนการผลิต
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการเป็นที่ต้องการ

•ภาษาอังกฤษ: พื้นฐาน
•ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี
•พื้นที่สถานที่ทำงาน: นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะนคร
•ชั่วโมงการทำงาน: 8: 00-17: 30 น. (ทำงานวันเสาร์: จันทร์ถึงศุกร์ * โดยทั่วไปไม่มี (ขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์ของบริษัท)
