Production Manager

ผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage, plan, and develop a system of production department.
• Overall monitor on machining process , grinding process , washing process, and laser making process.
• Drive the production team to work under company policy.
• Control and contact with whose involvement the production monthly plan and forecast.
• Monitors project's progress to ensure it's following the schedule.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 38-42 years
• Male only
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer or related field.
• At least 5 years as production assistant manager or manager in automotive parts manufacturing.
• Specialize in production planning and forecast.
• Advance conversational middle level in English , TOEIC 450 up (Certificate is not required).
• Have knowledge and skill in PLC (Brand : Mitsubishi / Omron / Keyence) and CNC (Brand : Amada / DMG MORI ).
• Have experience at least 1 process in die casting process ,machining process, grinding process , washing process, and laser making process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office program.
• Able to start working immediately.
• Advance conversational high level in Japanese is preferable.

Working Hour: 7:55-17:00(Mon-Fri (Sat 1 time/ month))

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•จัดการวางแผนและพัฒนาระบบของฝ่ายผลิต
•การตรวจสอบโดยรวมเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการตัดเฉือนกระบวนการเจียรกระบวนการซักผ้าและกระบวนการทำเลเซอร์
•ขับเคลื่อนทีมผลิตให้ทำงานภายใต้นโยบายของ บริษัท
•ควบคุมและติดต่อกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแผนการผลิตและการคาดการณ์รายเดือน
•ตรวจสอบความคืบหน้าของโครงการเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลา
•งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 38-42 ปี
•ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
•สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรเครื่องกลหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิตหรือผู้จัดการในการผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์
•เชี่ยวชาญในการวางแผนและพยากรณ์การผลิต
•การสนทนาระดับกลางขั้นสูงเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ TOEIC 450 ขึ้นไป (ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีใบรับรอง)
•มีความรู้ความสามารถด้าน PLC (ยี่ห้อ: Mitsubishi / Omron / Keyence) และ CNC (Brand: Amada / DMG MORI)
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 กระบวนการในกระบวนการหล่อตายกระบวนการตัดเฉือนกระบวนการเจียรกระบวนการล้างและกระบวนการทำเลเซอร์
•มีความเชี่ยวชาญในโปรแกรม Microsoft Office
•สามารถเริ่มทำงานได้ทันที
•ควรใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสูงในการสนทนาล่วงหน้า
