Production Manager @Samutprakarn (50K-65K) (SDG-50997)
<Job Responsibilities>
Make recommendations for the development of manufacturing objectives, plans and strategies.
Develop and implement new techniques, method and process to continuously improve Safety, Quality and Productivity to meet the target
Support quality-control programs and solve quality related issues.
Plan and analyze machine capacity and manpower needed
Manage production budget and controls expenses efficiently.
Other task as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male, age 38-40 years old
Bachelor's Degree
Have 5 years’ experience in Production Manager (Automation Continuous; Electric power plant; Paper Plant) in automotive parts manufacturing companies
Experience in auto parts injection and other related machine
Good command of written English (for daily operation and documentation and communicate with Japanese expats)
Have experience in managing team
Knowledge in ISO 9001, ITAF16949
